Plumbing responsibilities include the service, installation and replacement of residential and commercial plumbing while following the manufacturers specs and best industry practices. Installer duties also include the installation of various plumbing with low voltage control wiring and drain installation. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards as well as providing exceptional service to our clients.

Job Requirements:

• Assist journeyman/journeywoman plumbers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Learn and apply basic plumbing skills under the guidance of experienced plumbers
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing necessary repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to understand plumbing layouts
• Perform pipe threading and cutting as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and angles
• Mechanical knowledge to understand plumbing systems and components
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop plumbing skills through on-the-job training
• Experience or knowledge in related fields such as carpentry, HVAC, or field service is a plus
• Maintenance Person skills are beneficial for performing general maintenance tasks
• Installing new systems.

• Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Training junior team members.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Meet local Plumbing and HVAC codes.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds.
• Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.

Experience:

• 3-5 Years apprenticeship experience

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Plumbing license (Required)
• Sheet metal license (Preferred)
• EPA (Preferred)
• HVAC Certification (Preferred)

HVAC installers responsibilities include the service, installation and replacement of residential and commercial heating, cooling and ventilation equipment while following the manufacturers specs and best industry practices. Installer duties also include the installation of sheet metal duct systems, refrigeration piping, low voltage control wiring and PVC flue and drain installation. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards as well as providing exceptional service to our clients.
